I have just one aim with my vineyard – to make the best wine my site can produce. On these pages you can learn more about the two grape varieties and wine styles that so fascinate me. You can also get a feel for this special site, the beautiful countryside and also order wine.

The Vineyard

Hatherleigh Pinot Noir is the ‘top’ wine when everything goes well, each year, each barrel.
Laggan Pinot Noir is when a vintage or sometimes just a few barrels don’t quite make the A grade.
Hatherleigh Chardonnay made its appearance with the 2019 vintage, which immediately received a 5* rating from Huon Hooke.
